Background

Ethan's perspective comes from ownership, not observation. He founded his first profitable business in 2007 and has operated multiple companies since 2018 — including legal businesses he runs today as Principal & COO of One-Timers, a bar-exam preparation company, and Principal of SRW Trial, a trial services business. He has worked in the legal sector since 2016 and understands its economics, workflows, and management realities from the inside. Earlier in his career, he served as a global account executive for enterprise clients including Google, Twitter, Symantec, HBO, and Red Bull.

Approach

Through Operitas, Ethan works with owners whose businesses have outgrown their operations: processes are inconsistent, responsibilities are unclear, reporting is weak, cost quietly accumulates in places nobody has looked, and too much still depends on the owner.
